One Surgical Specialists is required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to maintain the privacy of your protected health information, to give you notice of our legal duties and privacy practices, and to follow the terms of the notice currently in effect. A full copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices is available at the front desk and will be provided at your first visit.

This website

Information you send through the appointment request form on this site is transmitted through your own email application and is not encrypted end to end. Please do not send detailed medical history, test results or insurance identifiers through it. Call the office at (201) 343-3433 and we will take that information over the phone.

This site does not require an account and does not ask you to create a password. Standard web server logs may record your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, as is typical of any website.
